CBHCM Requirements

 As of 5/2017 all case managers and supervisors are required to be Board Certified   (Flcertificationboard.org)

Supervisors will submit AHCA Training Certificate and Appendix E & F for credentialing as supervisor (Certified Behavioral  Health Case Manager Supervisor).

 

Case managers will submit AHCA Training Certificate and Appendix G & H for credentialing as case managers (Certified Behavioral  Health Case Manager).

 

Meridian's Supervisor Training is NOT AHCA approved - this class is designed to assist supervisors in understanding their functional role regarding compliance and guidance to case managers.
